About These Terms
These Terms of Use explain the basic terms for using GlideNote and the optional GlideNote Pro subscription. By using GlideNote or purchasing GlideNote Pro, you agree to these terms.
These terms are intended to work with Apple's App Store terms, Apple Media Services Terms, and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement that applies to apps distributed through the App Store unless a custom license is separately provided.

GlideNote Free
GlideNote can be used without purchasing a subscription.
Free users can create up to three active tasks. If more than three active tasks exist because of a previous Pro subscription, iCloud sync, migration, or restore from Recently Deleted, GlideNote does not delete those tasks. In that state, Free users can edit the top three tasks in the active task list. Other active tasks remain readable, deletable, and reorderable.
iCloud sync is available to both Free and Pro users when enabled and available on the device.
GlideNote Pro
GlideNote Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks:
- Unlimited active tasks
- Panel text color preset customization
- Global notch size customization
The exact subscription period, price, and available offers are shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm a purchase.
Subscription Billing and Renewal
GlideNote Pro is purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal is charged according to Apple's App Store subscription terms and the price shown in the purchase flow or subscription management screen.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
If a subscription expires, is canceled, or cannot be verified, GlideNote may return to Free behavior. This does not delete your notes, tasks, iCloud data, or saved Pro-only settings. If Pro access is restored, Pro-only settings can be applied again.
iCloud and App Store Accounts
GlideNote treats App Store subscription status and iCloud sync as separate systems.
- Your App Store account controls GlideNote Pro purchase and restore status.
- Your iCloud account controls CloudKit sync availability for notes and tasks.
Changing either account should not delete your notes or tasks.
User Content
Your notes and tasks are your content. GlideNote stores app content locally on your Mac and, when iCloud sync is enabled and available, syncs note and task data through Apple's iCloud/CloudKit service.
Do not use GlideNote to store or share content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Privacy
GlideNote's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and Changes
GlideNote may change, suspend, or remove features as part of app updates, compatibility work, App Store requirements, or product changes. We will avoid changes that intentionally delete user notes or tasks because of subscription status.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated date above will change when the terms are revised.
